ARC provides bespoke consulting services for charities, private clients and institutions. Their Private Client Indices are the “flagship” product for discretionary investment managers, but they also offer a range of services, some at no cost, which may also be of interest. These services include independent, extensive research and due diligence of Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) groups and their portfolio’s to assist the professional adviser in the initial DFM selection and on-going monitoring and review process. ARC have recently launched ARC Charity Indices.

The presenter is Daniel Hurdley ACIS MSCI, MSC who is the Research Director at ARC who gained his finance grounding in 1994 working in the trust and company section of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Guernsey, followed by a year off in 1996, competing in the Clipper round-the-world yacht race. In 1997 he continued in trust work for 2 years at Cannon Asset Management, followed by 18 months with Milvus Software as an analyst, testing private banking software. Dan completed a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance during 2000, gaining the ICSA qualification at the same time, and joined ARC in January 2001. Dan is responsible for the SAS Profiler software, ARC Private Client Indices and ARC Charity Indices.
